What we preserve and what we change

We don't rewrite working code. If the UI ships and users can navigate it, we leave the UI alone. Why AI apps fail in the same ways

AI tools are optimised to generate working demos, not production systems. What the AI misses is everything that happens off the happy path. What happens when the user's session expires mid-transaction and the client has stale credentials but the optimistic UI already rendered success.
